Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms govern your use of Ubee's website design service ("the Service") and our website at ubee.dev. By ordering the Service or using the website, you agree to these Terms.

Ubee is a private operation based in Cambodia. Contact: contact@ubee.dev.

The Service

We design and deliver eco-friendly websites for restaurants, cafés, hotels, and local businesses across Southeast Asia. Standard scope includes: custom design, responsive layout, multilingual support (EN/FR/KH), basic SEO setup (sitemap, meta tags, Google Search Console), and hosting setup on Cloudflare.

Standard price: $500 USD, all-inclusive.

Standard delivery: 24 hours from the moment we receive all required content (logo, brand colours, photos, copy, services list).

Ordering

You order by sending us a request via the contact form, WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. We then confirm scope, price, and delivery deadline before any work begins. No work starts until both parties have agreed in writing (email is sufficient).

Payment

Payment is due upon order confirmation. We accept bank transfer, Wise, and major payment methods agreed during the confirmation step. Sites are deployed publicly after the payment has been received and the design is approved by you.

Prices are in USD. If you pay in another currency, exchange and bank fees are at your charge.

Delivery & content

Standard delivery is 24 hours from the moment we receive all required content. If we cannot meet that deadline for any reason on our side, we will notify you immediately and propose a new deadline.

Delays caused by missing, incomplete, or late content from your side do not count toward the 24-hour commitment.

You provide the content (photos, copy, logos, services list). You confirm that you have the right to use the content you send us (no third-party copyright violations, no stolen images). We are not liable for any third-party content you provide.

Maintenance plans

Optional maintenance plans are available, billed monthly or annually, agreed separately. A standard plan includes: hosting, SSL renewal, security updates, small content edits (up to 1 hour of work per month), and bug fixes.

You can cancel a maintenance plan at any time with 30 days' written notice. No refund for the current billing period.

Ownership

You own the content you provide. By providing content, you grant us a license to use it strictly to build and operate your website.

We own the underlying code patterns, design system, and reusable components we developed before working with you. After delivery and full payment, you receive a perpetual, royalty-free license to use the specific website we built for you, for your business.

Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty after delivery, covering bug fixes (broken features, layout breaks, deployment issues). The warranty does not cover content changes, design overhauls, or new features.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (number of visitors, ranking on Google, conversion rates). Search engine performance depends on many factors outside our control (competitors, content quality, backlinks, etc.).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm).

We are not liable for third-party service interruptions (Cloudflare, Brevo, Google, payment providers). Each provider has its own SLA and warranty.

Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time by written notice (email is sufficient). Maintenance plans require 30 days' notice. Your website remains hosted on Cloudflare under your account; you can migrate it elsewhere at any time, and we will help you do so on request.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between you and us. If unresolved, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in Cambodia.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes apply prospectively only; existing customers will be notified by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
