Who we are
Ubee is a private website design and hosting service operating across Southeast Asia, based in Cambodia. You can reach us at contact@ubee.dev.
What data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, optional phone number, and the message you send via the form on ubee.dev. We use this data only to respond to your inquiry.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) collects anonymized usage data — device type, browser, country, pages viewed, time spent. The script is lazy-loaded: it runs only after your first interaction with the site, and never before.
- Server logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records technical data — IP address, request headers, response time — for security, abuse detection, and performance monitoring. This data is not used for marketing.
How we use your data
- To respond to your inquiries and provide our service.
- To understand how visitors use our site and improve it.
- To detect and prevent abuse (spam, bots, attacks).
We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not run advertising networks. We do not profile you for ads.
Third parties we share data with
- Brevo: transactional email relay. Receives your contact form submission to deliver it to our inbox.
- Cloudflare: hosting (Workers + edge network). Processes all requests to ubee.dev and stores technical logs.
- Google Analytics: anonymized site analytics. Loads only after your first interaction with the site.
Each provider has its own privacy policy. By using ubee.dev, you also agree to those policies.
Cookies & trackers
We use cookies and trackers only after you give consent via our cookie banner. You can revoke your choice at any time by clicking <a href="#" data-cookie-prefs class="underline cursor-pointer">Cookie preferences</a> in the footer.

Until you click <strong>Accept</strong> on the cookie banner, no analytics or advertising data is collected. Strictly necessary cookies (none on this site today) would be the only exception.
How long we keep your data
- Contact form submissions: kept in our inbox for as long as needed to respond, then archived or deleted.
- Server logs: rotated automatically by Cloudflare within 30 days.
- Analytics: GA4 retains user-level data for 14 months by default, then aggregates it.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@ubee.dev. We respond within 30 days.
Security
All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We do not store payment card data on our servers — payments are handled by external providers (e.g., Wise, bank transfer). Brevo, Cloudflare, and Google are SOC 2 / ISO 27001 certified.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the latest change. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email to active customers.
