Is the maintenance subscription required?
No. The $500 covers everything from kick-off to live. After that, you own your site and you owe us nothing. Maintenance is entirely optional.
What happens if I never subscribe to maintenance?
Your site stays live and works perfectly. If at some point you do need a change, just subscribe to a maintenance plan for that month — get it done, then cancel if you want. No long-term commitment, you only pay for what you use.
Can I subscribe later? Or cancel anytime?
Yes to both. Subscribe whenever you actually need ongoing changes — could be next month, next year, or never. Cancel at any time, no questions asked. Restart later if you want. Your site is unaffected either way.
What about hosting and the domain name?
First year of hosting is included in the $500. If you already have a domain, we point it to your new site. If you don't, we'll help you register one (the registrar fee is yours — usually $10–20/year).
How does payment work?
50% on kick-off, 50% on delivery. Bank transfer or ABA Pay (Cambodia). No hidden fees, no agency markup. Maintenance plans are paid monthly upfront, also via bank transfer or ABA Pay.
What if I need just one change after launch?
After launch, all changes go through a maintenance plan. The trick most clients use: subscribe for one month (Starter $39), get all your pending changes done in that window, then cancel. No commitment, no recurring billing surprise.
